Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member (Bilingual Spanish). We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Must be fluent in both English and Spanish and have or willing to obtain an insurance license.
Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - written, verbal and listening
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- People-oriented, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent
- Bilingual - Spanish required
- Florida Insurance License 4-40 or 2-20 preferred (Must obtain at least 4-40 prior to start)
- Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
