ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Vivian M Suarez State Farm Agency, you play a key role in helping clients protect what matters most. You will generate new business through outbound calls, warm leads, referrals, and follow-up, while building strong customer relationships and recommending personalized insurance solutions.

This is a professional sales position with strong earning potential, a supportive culture, and clear opportunities for growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate customers about insurance options and identify coverage needs
- Generate new business through outbound calling, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Provide professional guidance on Auto, Home, Renters, Life, and Health products
- Build trust with customers through consistent communication and follow-through
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency processes
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales-minded, goal-driven, and accountable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Coachable, reliable, and eager to grow
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Must hold a 4-40 license or be willing to obtain one immediately
- Must obtain 2-20 or 2-15 license within 30-60 days (agency-supported)
- Bilingual is a plus
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
